Job description

The incumbent will be responsible to manages a multi-disciplinary engineering team in support of project managers ensuring adherence to project timelines and company polies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Technical diploma or project Management qualification will be an added advantage

Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of Safety procedures related to production process
• People management skills
• Experience in continuous improvement of production
• Must be prepared to work shifts
• Must have good communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of project resources
• Responsible for the implementation and roll-out of projects
• Ensures adherence to SHEQ policies and procedures
• Collation and production of project status reports (internal and external)
• Build and maintain effective relationships with the relevant stakeholders
• Accountable for the compilation of project proposals in conjunction with the GM - Proposals
• Responsible for the staffing requirements of projects
