Marketing Acquisition Manager at HomeChoice Holdings Limited

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible to drive acquisition of customers to grow customer base as well as achieve revenue targets through management of business plan, marketing strategies and acquisition investments.

Key Performance Areas

Develop & manage acquisition marketing strategy

• Develop & manage acquisition strategies to align with legislation & risk expectations and drive revenue and new name expectations
• Manage spend to maximize return on investment
• Drive strategies aligned with key business objectives (Cash, digital migration, foreign expansion)
• Identify further opportunity to increase marketable reach

Effective management of marketing planners

• Ensure team members have clear and tangible goals which are assessed bi-annually through the KPA performance management process
• Ensure Planners work effectively with individuals across the business to gain knowledge on strategies, business processes to improve overall profitability and customer service
• Providing effective leadership to team members in order to reduce turnover in the Analyst area and achieve optimal efficiency of the Department though identifying training needs and developing career growth plans

Achieve business plan key metric targets

• Manage the business plan to achieve financial targets (Intake & NSV)
• Effectively manage net factor buckets across operational areas
• Manage the business plan to achieve new name targets
• Manage digital migration within acquisition strategy
• Manage strategies within acquisition campaigns to align with business objectives to drive electronic channel growth
• Ensure a smooth and successful new customer journey through all e-commerce platforms
• Drive name & e-mail gathering strategies across activities
• Grow foreign activity
• Manage and execute marketing strategies to increase foreign proportion of business both at revenue and name expectation
• Ensure and manage the customer journey for acquisition customers in all foreign countries
• Collaborate with all areas of business to ensure the foreign customer processes and communication are accurate

Requirements

Qualifications & Accreditations

• Tertiary Degree or qualification preferably Business Science/BComm

Experience & Skills

• 3 - 5 Years' managerial experience, preferably in marketing
• Previous analytical / planning experience within either a marketing and/or merchandise planning function
• MS Office proficient (Advance Excel skills)
• SQL experience will be an added advantage
