Customer Care Representative at Legacy Lifestyle

Job description

We are looking for someone who has the following: strong interpersonal, problem resolution and communicating skills with an ability to set and maintain high work standards.

Customer/Client service experience would be an advantage.

Duties

• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries telephonically, by email and live chat.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Enter new customer information into system
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Produce call reports on a daily basis

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call centre telephone and technology
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes

• Must be a team player
• Experience in the rewards sector is preferable but not essential.
