Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ front line customer support.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting online, digital software
• Dealership experience will be an added advantage
• Qualification: Support / helpdesk / customer service certificate
• Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
