Customer Advisor/Admin

• As the Customer you will help sales staff to achieve their targets by working with customers who call, walk into our centres or email us and solve their queries.
• Offering excellent customer service, you will help to promote the British Council by working in our Penang Teaching Centre (including some weekend work, on a shift system) and representing British Council at events and exhibitions. You will handle customer queries and provide general administrative support.
• Applicants will ideally have some experience working in a customer service or similar capacity as well as education to an STPM level or equivalent.

• Please note that the Customer Advisor/Admin will need to work a 5 day work week, including Sundays. The Centre will be closed on Mondays and the s/he will be given an additional rest day.

• Our Penang Teaching Centre is busiest on weekends when young learners attend classes, placement tests are conducted. The candidate will work with two other team members in handling all front office matters.
