Job Description
Position Summary:
The Account Director is accountable for the performance of the overall region of Sub-Saharan Africa generating sales influenced revenue for the key accounts managed within all of the managed segments (Transient- corporate and Leisure, Airline and Group) and within the key business sectors. To do this, they need to proactively manage the relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Vice President's, General Managers, Directors of Business Development and Hotel Managers. They need to create and communicate the account strategies in order to drive increased and unfair share and is responsible for the implementation and execution of various projects that will drive this unfair share. The role holder is owner agnostic.
