Responsibilities
Prepare food for Walk and Learn on the wild side (WALOW).
Ensure meals are served as per programme schedule, menu and prescript.
Ensure kitchen and Pantry, including all equipment are clean and always organised.
Assist with stock control, including food stock, cleaning material and other consumables.
Clean the Thutong Environmental Learning centre facilities, including kitchen, dining area, assembly hall, passages, ablution facilities as well as all open areas.
Comply with health and safety requirements applicable to SANParks, including hygiene standards.
Assist with ad hoc duties around the Thutong Environmental Learning centre.
