One of Londons leading construction consultancies are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team of forward thinking Quantity Surveyors due to an increase in workload.

This is a great opportunity to showcase and develop your skills across a variety of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Health Care and Education sectors, for an impressive portfolio of clients in the Public and Private sectors. You will effectively work in alignment with the client and consult, advise and develop projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all budgets are met and all deadlines are exceeded.

To be considered for this Quantity Surveyor position, our client is seeking:

• Degree qualified for Quantity Surveying or relevant equivalent
• Strong involvement and experience of Quantity Surveying in a Consultancy background
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC diary
• Strong IT and communication skills with a client facing approach
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Holder of a full UK driving license
• In this Quantity Surveyor position, you will work and manage a range of live projects through to completion. You will complete all aspects of Quantity Surveying, including bills of quantities, feasibility studies, pre and post contract consultancy and act as an Employers Agent. You will ensure that all legislations are met and adhered to and ensure that budgets are kept to and maintain. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, so you must be committed and motivated to complete your APC.
• On offer for your expertise is a negotiable salary of up to £45,000 per annum subject to experience, including an attractive remuneration package, access to a pension scheme, performance related bonus schemes and APC support to completion in an energetic, lively and professional environment!
