    Team Administrator

    Job Description

    Who We Need – Team Administrator

    Decision Inc. is currently looking for a Team Administrator to join our operations team. There will be exposure to a wide range of industries and products, so the ability to quickly understand, communicate on and integrate new business environments is essential.

    What Will You Do?

    • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Organizing and maintaining diaries for department managers
    • Scheduling meetings, setting agendas and taking minutes
    • Planning and prioritizing all Key Account Activity
    • Assisting with client proposals
    • Carrying out background research on potential clients and presenting findings
    • Quality checking proposals and external correspondence for accuracy
    • Compiling call records, sales reports, statistics and sales analysis
    • Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations
    • Client database entries kept up to date and accurate
    • Devising and maintaining administrative system for the management of documents, minutes and client activity
    • Liaising with clients and other staff
    • Assist with monthly invoicing of projects
    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
    • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.
    • Who Do You Need To Be?

    Key competencies and experienced required:

    • University Graduate
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrable organization ability
    • Ability to multi-task (essential)
    • Assertive self-starter
    • Strong experience in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to respond well to pressure
    • Creative thinking
    • Strategic thinking
    • Persuasiveness
