Salary range: R55,000- R70,000 Monthly TCTC

Job summary:

• To assist clients to continuously improve the performance of their assets through the implementation of world class asset management best practices, processes, systems and techniques; transferring knowledge and skills, and building the internal capability to implement and sustain asset management improvement initiatives that will deliver bottom-line results at our clients.
• The main purpose of the Operations Manager is to take responsibility of all operational activities within the contract at the client.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualification:

• Essential for the post: Technical qualification (National Diploma) Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Preferred for the post: B. Eng/B. Tech Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree

Experience Required:

• 5+ years' strong engineering/maintenance/manufacturing experience
• Good understanding of SLA’s and management of contracts
• Experience in managing technical and non-technical staff
• Previous experience in facility management / retail industry will be an advantage.
