The Flexco team is interested in you if you meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance with extensive experience with reconciliations and internal auditing.
• Proven track record of overseeing internal financial controls, conduct financial analysiss, and manage the budget process.
• Ability to prepare financial statements for key stakeholders in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate and liaison with people at all levels, both internal and externally.
• It is expected the candidate is a CA and an MBA is desirable.
