Job Description
The Customer Support Technician is responsible for providing professional end user support to our customers, applying a high degree of customer service, and technical accuracy, to resolve and complete customer service requests within the agreed time frame/s. This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC/laptops, printers, mobile devices, switches and wireless access points ) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The individual will provide support in person, by telephone, or via remote access.
Experience/skill required:
The job role will require stand-by work.
Each candidate must have a valid South African Drivers licence and personal vehicle.
