Key Responsibility Areas:

• Responsible for providing messenger service to the Unit.
• Collecting, sorting, delivering and distributing correspondence from/to Records Section.
• Obtaining signatures from Accountant for office financial responsibilities.
• Responsible for providing refreshments i.e tea and ensure that the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy.
• Operating a photostat machine on a relief basis and ensure that all copies required are made.

Essential Requirements:

• An appropriate level of secondary education.
• 1 Month relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3 Months relevant experience.
