Brief Description

• Deliversdefined sales targets
• Manages own pipeline to ensure delivery of sales targets
• Markets Old Mutual services & products to SME clients.
• Develops a tactical plan on how to deliver on sales objectives.
• Provides advice and consults on a wide range of products & investments to SME clients.
• Maintains and updates CRM database of new and existing clients
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits is preferred

KRA's

Sales/ Productivity

• Develops a tactical plan to enable delivery of defined targets.
• Provides advice and consults on a wide range of Employee Benefits products & investments to SME clients.
• Manages entire sales process from start to finish
• Drives leads conversion and manages own pipeline

Marketing

• Builds and develops a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the Corporate SME space.
• Maintains and updates CRM database of new and existing clients.
• In collaboration with Marketing and other internal stakeholders, drive own marketing and activation campaigns to targeted SME market.
• Where relevant, markets and consults on Old Mutual Group and other products that are in theOld Mutual portfolio

Job Requirements
