KEY PEFORMANCE AREAS
- HSEQ (Health & Safety environmental and quality) improvement of contractors.
- Assist contractors in completing and submitting Safety files
- Regular follow up with contractors
- Assist and prepare contractors for ICC (Inspection of conformity of contracts) audits
- Schedule audits
- Maintain and update spreadsheets
- Maintain monthly KPI`s timeously
- Assist with HSEQ duties when required
- HSEQ and Contractor Management experience.
- Knowledge of the LPG industry
- An understanding of the risk profiles related to the LPG industry.
- Good knowledge of all relevant legislation that impacts on the operations and HSEQ functions, e.g. OHS-ACT; Regulations impacting on the LPG industry.
- Good communication skills
- Driver’s license Code 8 is essential
- Expertise and proficiency with basic MS Office software programs and the ability to learn how to effectively use monthly safety reporting software program (Sharepoint)
