Job Purpose:

To develop and conduct specialist data analytic standards, strategies and procedures in support of audits, investigations and proactive forensic reviews.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Plan and conduct data analysis audits of various systems and applications organisation-wide to safeguard assets, identify risk and threats, ensure accuracy of data and also promote operational efficiency.
• Assist to implement and review Internal Audit projects and initiatives.
• Interacts and communicates with various stakeholders across the organisation and within the Unit.
• Undertake administrative and reporting requirements associated with the area of responsibility.
• Support knowledge management systems (continuity and business recovery process) of the Unit.
• Design and develop analytic tests to address audit related risks.
• Highlight risks through proactive awareness and follow- through on identification of possible losses or weaknesses in various organisational systems.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification i.e. Degree.
• Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (Code B).
• 4 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Relevant postgraduate qualification i.e CISA.
• Member of a recognised computer association.
• 6 Years relevant experience.
