Key Performance Area

• Attends to queries.
• Maintains a filing and records section system. 
• Maintains the appointments diary for the section. 
• Prepares, drafts and types up correspondence. 
• Maintain information in the electronic database. 
• Ensures that all information and records detailing all activities and operations within the section is updated.
•  Raises accounts for services provided by the section. 
• Assists in recording transactions, requests with financial implications and expenditure of the budget of the section. 
• Undertake various secretarial duties. 
• Arranges refreshments / eats for training courses, seminars and meetings.

Qualifications

• Essentail Experience 2 Years relevant experience., Computer Literacy.
• Preferred Experience 3 years relevant experience
• Essential Qualifications Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Administrative field.
