    Programmatic Campaign Manager

    Job description

    The Programmatic Campaign Manager ensures that all pacing and performance goals are met across all display/video/mobile programmatic campaigns for particular client(s). Ability to compare/contrast ad tech partners and recommend the best tools for a particular job are key (DSP, data vendors, 3PAV, etc.). The role also functions as a key liaison between Cadreon and our agency partners.

    Key Job responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    • Admin/Planning (10%)
      • Own response to media briefs
      • Participate in advanced strategic discussions with internal & external partners
    • Campaign Tasks (70%)
      • Own responsibility for pacing & KPI performance of all campaigns
      • Direct overall optimization strategy and act as point of escalation for performance/pacing issues
      • Campaign implementation, launch, and daily execution/optimization as necessary
      • Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable client reporting
      • Lead meetings with agency partners
    • Learning/Development (20%)
      • Proactively schedule time with vendor partners to hone knowledge of capabilities, methodologies, and advanced optimization techniques
      • Collaborate across internal departments and client teams to diversify knowledge (industry verticals, goals, technology used, etc.)

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience in digital media experience across display, video, social and mobile; a minimum of 2 years of in-console experience with audience-based RTB media
    • Proven track record of optimizing digital ad campaigns to meet/exceed pacing & performance goals. Ideal candidates will have experience across a variety of metrics (eCPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, Viewability, Comp Rate, on-target %, etc)
    • Advanced understanding of modern ad tech and the programmatic landscape (ad servers, container tags, 1st & 3rd party data, ad verification/viewability, DSP/SSP/DMP)
    • Strong project management and delegation skills
    • Experience training/mentoring junior roles
    • Comfort with a client-facing role, including excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Maintaining a profound attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay on top of a constantly evolving suite of platforms, vendors, and inventory offerings
    • Bachelor’s degree
