The Four Seasons Resort Nevis is looking for suitable qualified applicants to fill the position of Human Resources Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Promote, live and demonstrate Four Seasons Values
• Compile entries for local HR and Employer recognition awards;
• Promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun
• Assist departmental leaders and senior managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague feedback
• Manage health and welfare benefits
• Engage in processes which assist in finding talent inside and outside the organization
• Coordinate and conduct orientation programs and training programs.
• Assist managers in setting objectives and goals for supervisors and assistant mangers
• Assist with and support staff events
• Manage all communication portals

Requirements

• Previous human resources leadership experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
