    System Support Technician

    Job description

    Main Purpose of Job

    To support Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Degree

    Postgraduate qualification

    2 years working experience

    Desired Experience

    3 years in a client facing role

      • Monitor and maintaining computer systems and networks
      • Compatibility testing of new programs with existing programs.
      • Manage deployments, updates and downtime with clients
      • Manage daily QA (tests all new architectural elements)
      • Manage daily support (DESMAT helpdesk)
