    Support Technician

    Job description

    We are looking for an experienced Support Technician. Responsibilities will include live chat and helpdesk management, technical support and quality assurance. Candidates should also be interested in driving the growth of the support team.

    Candidate must have commercial experience in:

    • Online technical support (LiveChat/Helpdesk/Email)
    • Helpdesk management (Zendesk/Freshdesk/Kayako)
    • Quality Assurance and testing procedures
    • Candidates should also have:
    • Excellent language skills (English)
    • An understanding of web and mobile applications
    • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
    • The capacity to work independently or collaboratively
    • A positive attitude to challenging tasks
