Our client in Cape Town is an ever-growing shared office environment is looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their team.

This is a job opportunity for the individual looking to support clients while upskilling themselves further in the technology space. The position is based in the Cape Town CBD and we are hiring now!

Your key responsibilities:

• Support clients on basic functions such as setting up printer, CCTV, phones (PABX), wireless internet and internal network.
• Support clients with tech support including: Virus/malware/Trojan removal, Operating system problems and hardware faults
• Assist and advise Management on system and any troubleshooting issues.
• Manage development of a support team
• Bi weekly and monthly reports for team and office space.

Our required expertise:

• Friendly, helpful, organised individuals who have a solid understanding of Technology support.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary education in IT will be preferable.
• 1+ year experience in a senior role will be preferable.
