Job description

Primary Duties

• Plans, schedules and monitors the work of various warehouse personnel, e.g. replenishment and picking
• Completes the waves and shipments in warehouse management system
• Updates the wave and wave planning sheet
• Ensures communication between Pickers and Replenishers for stock replenishment needs
• Plans to ensure various on-counter dates are met for the respective Brands
• Ensures daily pick workload tasks are completed by the Pickers
• Ensures tasks are correctly processed on the system
• Attempts to maximize delivery consolidation
• Ensures all orders are delivered as per customer SLA
• Troubleshoots orders that fail to PGI
• Works closely with Customer Care to manage workload

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• SAP/ERP knowledge, DWM would be advantageous
• SAP reporting systems knowledge
