    YC: Emerging Market Administrator - Rosslyn

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Communication and reporting on superstructure suppliers as well as obtaining the necessary documentation for invoicing.  
    • Sales analytics and reporting thereof internally as well as to dealers
    • Parts analytics and reporting to dealers as well as campaign drive communication
    • Support on sales quotes to dealers and updating fixed pricing quotes
    • Telematics reporting for drivers in Africa as well as contracts signed by customers
    • Add Levy utilization and marketing activities in African countries regarding UD Trucks supported by our marketing dept. 
    • Support with audits of Africa from an online point of view and ensuring compliance
    • Aftermarket support in terms of outstanding warranties, campaigns outstanding, outstanding bus activities and RB Maps. 
    • Updating of African countries staff
    • Ensuring proper evaluation and reporting of all dealerships in Africa relating to amount of staff, workshops, technicians, sales staff etc.

    Minimum qualifications and requirements 

    • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
    • Commercial market industry (Preferably)
    • Sales Principles (Preferably)
    • Negotiation skills
    • Computer literacy: MS Office Suite
    • Strong excel skills
    • Effective communication (Verbal and written)
    • Relationship orientated

    HR Administrator - Rosslyn

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Organize and maintain personnel records
    • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
    • Revise company policies
    • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
    • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
    • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
    • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

    Minimum qualifications and requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 0365
    • Well spoken with good communication skills
