    ToT and PU coordinator

    Job description

    Candidate Requirements

    Educational Requirements

    • Industrial and/or Engineering degree or equivalent
    • IT literate ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Desired Knowledge / Experience

    • At least 10 years of experience in Industrial (Mechanical and/or Electrical) Engineering and/or Electrical Equipment design
    • Familiarity with the Railway system equipment and all relative industrial and manufacturing processes (Assembly and Testing)
    • Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings
    • Technical experience of writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.

    Behavioural Skills / Competencies

    • Able to reconcile and mitigate conflicting interests
    • Able to forecast, organise and monitor events in order to meet Project targets
    • Strong relationship/analysis skills
    • Able to work as part of a team
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
    • Good communication skills
    • Able to promptly identify potential risks that could endanger Project success
    • Understand and accept different cultures

    Language

    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • French knowledge would be a real advantage

    Technical Skills & Competencies

    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc…)
    • Project management
