An expert consulting organisation is looking for a dynamic Civil and Structural Engineer to join their high performance property development team based in Cape Town.

Your key responsibilities:

This position is aimed at a dynamic, multi-dimensional professional who is self-motivated, and able to manage themselves, their workload and have the ability to manage stakeholders at all level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle across design, project management, contract management, procurement, and delivery.

Our required expertise:

• B.Sc Eng, B.Tech Eng, or equivalent (PrEng an advantage)
• Experience within property development will be an advantage
• Solid Prokon and PADS software skill set
• Full project lifecycle experience

Your reward:

Salary range: R400 000.00 – R500 000.00 CTC p.a.
