Salary: 20 – 22k CTC

Description

• Analysis of various reports – identifying an risk area, areas of concern needing to be addressed
• Analysis of reports to indicate action area that need attention
• Investigating the background of various complaints received
• Extracting of monthly reports and analysis thereof
• Involved in the coordinating of various projects
• Review of various registers to ensure all up to date
• Monitoring of service area call and email levels, indicating trends for which scripts can be written.
• Various projects

Qualification & skills

• Relevant qualification. Strong administrative experience and knowledge
• Very strong skills in Excel.
