Job description

Reporting to the Employee Relations Lead, the role falls within the Human Resources department and is responsible for design, delivery and implementation of BEE policies, procedures and initiatives in line with legislative and compliance requirements as well as strategic business and HR objectives. We are looking for someone who has a passion and drive for personal development and the development of others with exceptional people skills.

You must have a degree in human resources management and have a minimum of 3 years experience in:

• Employment Equity and BBEEE verification
• Employee engagement and culture transformation programmes
• Emloyment Equity Legislation
• It would be preferable to have experience of project management.
