    • MATRIC
    • Relevant Financial Qualification (Advantage)
    • Project Management Qualification (Preferred)
    • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Advantage)

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2 years Green Belt experience
    • 4 successfully implemented DMAIC projects
    • 2 Years Project Management experience
    • 4 successfully delivered projects

    Key Performance Outputs

    • Improvement Projects
      • Ensure that the relevant projects are identified in line with the business requirements
      • Apply the DMAIC methodology tall projects (define, measure, analyze, improve and control)
      • Identify and lead working teams on all projects
      • Define their roles and responsibilities
      • Ensure that 6sigma is successfully linked tbusiness requirements.
      • Ensure that appropriated project selection methods are applied.
      • Create a customized deployment plan.
      • Ensure timely completion of projects, final reports and control plan
      • Transfer responsibility tprocess owner
      • Identify potential financial benefits of projects and confirm results.
      • Conduct meetings on a regular basis for each project.
      • Assist with appropriate communication tthe organization regarding 6Sigma project.
      • Ensure that the 6Sigma metrics is aligned tthe balanced scorecard approach
    • Operational Projects
      • Development and establishment of Project document library (governance structure)
      • Develop and manage the resource plan (people and materials)
      • Develop and manage the budget according tproject requirements
      • Develop and manage overall project plan

      • Ensure participation and buy-in from all key stakeholders
      • Take ownership of all project resources by driving the deliverables

      • Generating feedback and progress reports for Steercom, Management and vendors
      • Distributing project documentation Regular Updates through status meetings
