Lead on a functional basis the other quality functions in the project (site quality manager, project supplier quality managers and inspectors)
Interfaces with the quality representative of the partners (internal or external) to issue consistent application of the project quality requirements
Hold project quality kick off meeting with the Customer, project and site teams to ensure that the project quality plan, quality control plan, and all quality requirements are communicated and implemented in the project
Interfaces with the Customer for project quality issues (including technical quality complaints and monitoring of equipment inspection notifications)
Ensure action plans are prepared and followed for of any quality related issues that may arise on the project
Issues the quality related project management file work instructions
Communicates the quality control plan and EOMR requirements to the Customer in a timely manner (in line with master time schedule)
Ensure the quality documentation is delivered right on time to Customer as defined in the contract
Participate in project reviews and ensure the quality aspects are covered (customer technical complaint, contract, non-conformance management)
Ensure the local regulation conformance requirements are known and applied, e.g. PED, CPD, MED, DOSH…ASME (code stamp required)
Instructs the project team for using quality tools (NCR database, Infosystem, 8D’s…)
Ensure the return of experience is built with an actions plan
May lead or contribute in 8D’s
Compile CoPQ for the project (costs from the project Cost controller + Events), propose solving problem actions and report to the unit
Drive the project audit programme (shall include the project quality plan)
Prepare and lead the weekly quality teleconference with site and project director (NCR opening, disposed, archived, NOD’s and quality action plan)
Consolidate the quality metrics of the project to report them to the project director and unit / region quality manager / director
Oversees site quality audits
Supervise and take necessary decision about supplier quality risk and performance

Engineering or university degree in quality management
8 years’ experience in a quality function like
3rd party audit or continuous improvement or quality control or quality management system
Experience in project management tools use ISO 9001
