    Supply Operations Manager

    Job description

    You will:

    • Run all Taxify's supply operations in Johannesburg
    • Lead the team to onboard new drivers to Taxify platform
    • Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed where and when
    • Create loyal fans by handling customer queries like a boss
    • Manage all driver activities and monitor quality

    We really want you to:

    • experience managing operations teams
    • like data and analytics with strong excel skills
    • be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
    • have excellent spoken and written English
    • be passionate about new technology and ridesharing
