Supply Operations Manager

Job description

You will:
- Run all Taxify's supply operations in Johannesburg
- Lead the team to onboard new drivers to Taxify platform
- Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed where and when
- Create loyal fans by handling customer queries like a boss
- Manage all driver activities and monitor quality
We really want you to:
- experience managing operations teams
- like data and analytics with strong excel skills
- be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
- have excellent spoken and written English
- be passionate about new technology and ridesharing
