Job Summary

We are now looking for a Solution Architect responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

Job Description

• Lead and drive RAN related activities for Radio Dot System Deployment project
• DAS/IBS/DOT Design for customer requests
• Coverage and capacity design for buildings
• Hardware/Software configuration
• Verify and validate Designs
• Define and improve processes
• Creating and updating guidelines for project (Approved Service Provider {ASP}, Design)
• Creating acceptance documentation for project
• Co-ordinate global processes and feedback between Product Management and Customer Unit (CU)
• Technical co-ordination
• Discuss technical matters with customer and ASPs
• Site surveys with engineers and ASP
• Drive troubleshooting activities.
• Solution support
• Support pre-sales activities for In-building systems (DOT, DAS, Pico and micro).
• Technical support for indoor coverage solutions, Repeaters, Microwave radio and RF antennas
• Knowledge in correct set of features and parameters settings in the new Ericsson Solution in order to have optimal functionality
• Analysis of system performance and propose improvements.
• Project execution
• Responsible for execution of system commissioning, integrating indoor sites and provide troubleshooting and Optimization
• Performs walk test

Job Requirements

• At least 7+ years of multi technology experience in Radio Networks Design and Optimization with Ericsson
• Must have proven experience in Ericsson indoor project (DAS / IBS / DOT)
• Good experience in Small cells and Heterogeneous Network (Het Net)
• Good hands on experience on Ericsson Radio Products and Solutions (WCDMA and LTE)
• Good understanding of advanced and complex radio networks to be able to assist with advanced optimization and creative design solutions
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills for effective communication and relationship development with customer

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Hands on experience with common tools (iBwave, TEMS, Nemo, AMOS)
• Good command on MS Office esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Trainings and Certifications for various technologies and products
