Joining DotActiv as a Junior Space Planner you will receive training around the companies software and services, exposure to various new projects and a long-term mutually beneficial career path. Initially, you will form part of a team of retail product space planners reporting to a Senior Space Planner who will guide and manage the team. The team will be directly responsible for the production of planograms, planogram analytical reviews, ranging reports and category analytical reviews for a number of retail categories.
The primary objective of all outputs are to meet the contractual requirements of each customer as well as the output specific briefs provided. All outputs will aim to maximise customer and category performance. Planograms must achieve optimal use of shelf space for the category by taking product financial performance, shopper psychology, and aesthetic appeal into consideration.
Requirements:
- Strong English and written communication skills.
- Ability to combine aesthetic appeal with data insights.
- Retail degree, diploma or related experience.
