    Outbound sales and CRM coordinator

    Job description

    We are looking for a focused and goal-oriented individual with acute attention to detail to execute marketing calls and generate client leads. The successful candidate will coordinate sales administration and ensure client relationship management (CRM) systems are up to date.

    APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

    • 3 - 6 Years relevant experience
    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • Excel intermediate
    • Extensive computer experience
    • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
    • A valid South African ID and driver’s license

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Take ownership and accountability for executing marketing calls, generating client leads, and maintaining sales administration as well as client relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Marketing and lead generation
      • Cold calling on behalf of sales consultants to introduce our products to potential clients and expand Sefeko’s market presence
      • Client lead generation through market research, client liaison and networking
      • Follow up on client leads received from colleagues, clients and management
    • Administration and coordination
      • Arrange appointments with prospective and existing clients on behalf of sales consultants
      • Coordinate sales team appointments and travel arrangements
      • Continual and accurate data capturing of all Sefeko client information in the Sefeko client database.
      •  Maintain administration of CRM and sales processes, ensuring data and processes are updated and accurate
    • CRM Coordination and client relationship
      • CRM process coordination, ensuring that clients are contacted at the right time and visited by Sefeko sales consultants and management
      •  Conduct customer satisfaction surveys on existing clients as well as post-meeting surveys on prospective clients
      •  Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and industries
    • Reporting
      • Timely and accurate submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
      • Direct line of report to the Group Marketing Manager

    SALARY

    The salary is market-related and negotiable, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
