Our client is a dynamic Real Estate business. They're going through a huge amount of growth currently and are looking for an Operations Manager to support them through this period.

This role is for the high energy can do type as our client will need you to wear many hats! Whether you’re making social media happen, ensuring head office has what they need or dealing with the accountant team you’ll have the opportunity to create and refine!

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Management team (currently 4)
• Marketing
• Administration – including invoicing/accounting
• Contract review to ensure compliance
• Leading front of house

Requirements:

• This role is 90% about attitude so you’ll have good commercial acumen and communication skills
• You’ll be resilliant with the ability to influence
• Your own transport
• Skill set wise you’ll have portable skills - these may have been gained in a property, hospitality, customer services or similar.
• Word and Excel skills
• Some Marketing know how (social media, Linkedin etc) would be advantageous
• Assertively manage members of staff, while maintaining a happy environment

This role requires someone who can start immediately as our client is growing incredibly quickly!

Salary approx. R18000-R20000 (neg)
