As a Member of Middle East and Africa regional IT team you will be actively delivering IT support to our internal end users and participate in global projects in the region and also across EMEA.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Services:
• build a strong relationship with our internal users based on trust
• Act as the local point of contact for all IT related issues and requests
• Hard and software assets management
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team
• Create documentations
• Desktop/Laptop:
• Provision, deploy and support end users machines and maintain up to date inventory
• Applications:
• Provision, deploy, support and review unauthorized and EOL software on end users machines
• Security:
• Monitor encryption and antivirus on machines, patching, privileges management administration
• Network/Telecom:
• Wireless access, Video Conf. system and mobile Support as well as network administration (switching)
