Job description

• To Effectively conduct data generation and change management activities for the credit risk department
• Implement change management policy, process and procedures for relevant project or initiative
• Effective self-management and teamwork
• Deal with customers in a customer centricity manner
• Conduct effective credit department administration
• Generate reports for credit risk department in line with requirements
• Knowledge of credit risk best practice and methodologies
• Relevant legislation (NCA, Debt Collection Act, CPA etc.
• Knowledge of best practice scorecard development
• Knowledge of collections, credit granting and risk methodologies, processes and systems
• Matric with relevant Bcom/BSc Degree with 2-3 years data generation and reporting experience
