We are seeing to hire sales people with a good track record and drive for success. Previous experience in Real Estate is not essential.

• Training
• We provide extensive legal, and sales training through use of our partners to ensure that our agents are properly equipt and well versed when dealing with property sales. Having partnered with the likes of Miltons Matsemela, Ooba and Steven Johnstone in order to position ourselves and our agents at the top of their game.
• Lead Generation
• At no cost to our agents we provide a steady flow of leads to work through in order to stay busy and remain successful
• Tele Marketing
• Not only do we provide our agents with leads, we also appoint people to help keep our agents busy and on the road instead of stuck in the office behind a phone
• Commission Splits
• Depending on your level of experties and qualifications we offer between 50% - 70% commision to our agents (T&C’s apply)
• Adminsintration
• Our administration department takes on the bulk of all adminstration duties from signiture of a deal until key handover, leaving our agents free to do what they do best rather than being bogged down wigth non income generating tasks.
• CRM Systems
• Our CRM systems ensure that you have live, up-to-date information on all of their clients and opportunities at all times no matter if they are in the office or on the road.
• Marketing:
• Aura Property Group is currently at the forefront on digital and visual aid marketing, using the latest in international marketing technology. We have a deep focus on video markeitng as well as onine and social media marketing which we extend over to our agents to ensure that they get the visibilty they need both in terms of marketing their properties, but also self marketing.
