    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    You will be responsible for all stages of the sales process: prospecting, lead generation, follow up and closing. We will train you for a highly dynamic and lucrative career of online advertising sales. We will provide you with strong sales support, highly-effective campaign management, and a rich publisher network to draw upon to close the deal. You will educate, grow and create the need for agencies and brands to integrate digital in their marketing strategy. Seek opportunities to grow relationships, and ensure that our clients consistently receive superior customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies and brands direct
    • Engage agency & brand decision makers at all levels
    • Conduct detailed needs assessments
    • Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
    • Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
    • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
    • Adopt the company's selling methodology
    • Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
    • Develop winning selling strategies and proposals across display, video, and mobile advertising platforms
    • Accurately forecast revenue growth

    Required Skills

    • Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
    • Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
    • Proven communication, presentation, and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
    • Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base

    Qualifications

    • BA/IMM required
    • 1+ years progressive online experience
    • 1+ years experience calling on online advertisers
    • In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers
    • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
    • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
    • Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis.
