    Client Engagement Lead

    Job description

    Location of the position: Ashlea Gardens, Pretoria

    Start date: Mid October (if candidate can start sooner, it would be advantageous)

    We are looking for a client engagement lead to execute overall responsibility around client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. This will include developing and managing relations with both national and international client stakeholders, monitoring multiple key client engagements from the start until the end. Additionally, the role includes identifying solution requirements through discovery conversations and courtesy calls and visits to clients.

    Within the company, the client engagement lead is responsible for ensuring clear communication within the organisation to ensure timelines and deliverables promised to clients are met, after identifying and communicating resources required for project completion. This includes interacting with company personnel with regards to client related issues.

    The client engagement lead will be expected to identify areas to monitor, in collaboration with the Sales Manager, General Manager and CEO, and then evaluate and execute client engagement record keeping and analysis. Your reporting line manager will be the Sales Manager.

    Education and/or work experience requirements:

    • BA (Communication) Degree or similar qualification
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Client Support or Customer Satisfaction position
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel and Power Point especially)
    • Experience in CRM systems like Agile CRM, Sales Force and Pipe Drive
    • Excellent English verbal and writing skills

    • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
    • Innovative and persuasive personality
    • Ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders at all levels (audiologists, doctors and government departments, health workers)
    • Experience in administrative processes
    • Ability to keep records and statistics on data
    • Problem analysis and problem-solving
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Data collection and ordering
    • Should be adaptable, take initiative and tolerant to a high-stress environment.
