Direct Marketing Manager at Woolworths

Job description

• To drive and manage the business growth agenda through management of a team of analysts who will focus on developing and maintaining analytical driven campaign strategies to optimise customer value.
• To deliver financial growth targets by ensuring full value assessments are undertaken on all marketing activities through test and learn campaign management initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to develop, implement and manage the annual Direct Marketing Plan in conjunction with Sales and Product Management.
• Develop and Manage Test and Learn Plan and report results to WFS and other role players such as Absa and Barclays.
• Stakeholder Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

A University Degree with numerical (commercial )courses

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a senior analyst role in the Financial Services industry.
• Direct Marketing particularly in Social Media and the Digital arena
• Team Leader (or 2IC) experience within a Financial Services Institution essential
