The money: >R55 000 per month TCTC

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role is primarily responsible to produce reports, models and substantiating documents for both the Professional Services and New Business Development units using current technologies of SQL, JasperSoft Report Studio, Qlikview and MS Excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting with colleagues to analyze and workshop business requirements
• Collecting, cleaning, combining and manipulating data from various sources
• Documenting, executing and maintaining the monthly reporting and presentation processes
• Adhering to organizational structure (processes, systems, tools, templates and operational practices

NON NEGOTIABLES

• Experience in Big Data Handling
• Strong Analytical experience
• Experience in SQL, relational databases, report writing and data manipulation and presentation
• Business Intelligence/Data Analyst background greatly advantageous
• Min 3 years of applicable work experience
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Smart with an intellectual curiosity that motivates you to keep on top of technical trends - but also have knowledge in the tools of choice
• Capable of, and enjoy, root cause analysis and problem solving
• Capable of planning and managing your time
• Minimum grade 12 with excellent maths marks
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum software development practices would be advantageous
