Account Coordinator at Ad Dynamo

Ad Dynamo is Africa’s largest digital sales house, representing Twitter, Yahoo, Snapchat and Spotify exclusively in sub-Saharan Africa.

We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Team at Ad Dynamo. This is a junior role within our company.

As part of the Ad Operations team, you will be extensively trained and get the opportunity to work with leading brands as well as agencies to ensure that they obtain the best possible results from their advertising campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

• Basic Account Management

• Day to day liaising with clients (at brand as well as agency level)

• Capturing and loading new client bookings

• Training clients on platform best practices

• Assist in setup of campaigns & sharing creative specs

• Optimizing campaigns & share recommendations

• Monthly campaign reporting

• Build proposals

• On-boarding new clients

Requirements

• Degree in relevant field (Preferably Honours)

• Good communication skills

• Good presentation skills

• Experience on keynote (or similar)

• Experience on Google Sheets (or similar)

• Social Media Knowledge (advantageous)

• Can-do attitude

*The role can be based either in Cape Town or Johannesburg, with the possibility of flexi hours and remote work becoming available after the agreed upon probation period.
