We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Sandton, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in account management within a creative or digital agency environment. You will manage client relationships, ensure seamless project delivery, and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and post-campaign analyses to clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth and propose new initiatives.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager in a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
