About the job:

• We are searching for talented and dynamic Account Managers with Business Acumen (located in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg, Pretoria) to join our Team to assist retailers with managing their loyalty in the store.
• The successful applicant will assist the retailer with training, implementation, managing and support of our loyalty programme.
• The applicant must be able to think on their feet and come up with alternatives and suggestions to the retailer, to successfully drive the loyalty program.
• To be successful in this role, the applicant will need to be a good communicator, driven and have self-discipline.
• The applicant will need to have a sound understanding of the product we offer and the services included.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Some knowledge of loyalty programs.
• Financial acumen.
• Travelling within assigned area.
• High proficiency level in MS Office.

• Ability to efficiently train and explain the system to the retailer.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients.

Min Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Knowledge of POS systems will be an advantage.
• Own vehicle.
