    Account/Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    • Experienced in lead generation, outbound sales, and International sales using the latest communication channels
    • Interacting with target prospects through cold calling, email communication and social media network
    • Gathering sales intelligence and researching on potential prospects on the internet
    • Preparing a calendar of campaigns and following a disciplined approach to managing a list of prospects and planning out sales efforts on a daily basis
    • Experienced in various probing techniques in order to ask the right questions to customers about their pain points/future plans as well as objection handling.
    • Setting confirmed appointments with potential prospects
    • Creating an interest about Nagarro in the minds of prospects and generating concrete business enquiries from them
    • Responsible for building, nurturing and maintaining relations with clients and key personnel within customer companies
    • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services being provided
    • Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling
    • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
    • Addressing customer concerns and complaints
    • Communicates client needs and demands to relevant stakeholders and senior management
    • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
    • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
    • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
    • Strong in delivery management to drive the account

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Business management degree from top universities
    • Account management experience
    • Delivery management experience
    • Client-focused solutions experience
    • Ability to communicate client needs with senior management
    • Talent for Influencing client management
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple project teams and clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Listening skills
    • String communication skills
    • Presentation skills
    • Time management skills
    • Proven experience of 4-5 years in sales in South Africa geography
    • Proven experience in sales of 12-14 years in BFSI domain
