    Description

    Financial Manager 

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our dynamic team.
    • As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's financial health and strategic planning.
    • The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial management and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
    • Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline financial processes and reporting.
    •  Lead a future financial team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and technology advancements.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Completed Articles 
    • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a financial team.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
