Relevant three year tertiary qualification (NQF7) BCom with Financial Accounting / Accounting as a major subject Valid Code B driver’s license Computer literate Proficiency in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape Five years’ or more relevant experience required which includes two years of supervisory experience.

Keep abreast of financial developments and legislation Coordinate and control the billing and client services section Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Compile and present reports Monitor, analyse and approve revenue collection and recording processes Verify validation reports Attend to debtor accounts Implement approved tariffs Perform reconciliations Monitor revenue accounting/receipting Review and approve refunds Issue accounts Bank Reconciliation Coordinate meter reading functions Manage and control client services Verify new accounts Supervision Handle enquiries.
