Responsibilities
Capture supplier payments to the relevant invoices and accounts.
Reconcile supplier accounts.
Capture invoices to a valid purchase order and compare the information on both.
Contact the supplier for any outstanding invoices/statements (telephone etiquette).
Ensure all relevant documentation is attached to QuickBooks when an invoice is captured.
Prepare monthly supplier payments.
Handle all supplier queries.
Request supplier statements.
Assist with financial audits.
Qualifications
Matric
Higher Certificate in Financial Accounting.
2 - 3 years of work experience.
Knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks is compulsory.
