Accounts Receivable Manager - Shared Services Cape Town
Accounts Receivable Management: Managing the entire accounts receivable process within the shared services department.
Customer relationships: Work closely with the credit management team to manage customer relationships and optimise credit limits and payment terms.
Team Management: To lead, develop, motivate, and manage the performance of the team and ensure an optimally skilled, motivated, and high-performance team.
Reporting: Provide regular reporting to management on accounts receivable performance, highlighting any areas of concern or potential risk.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, at least 3 of which in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in working in a shared services environment or managing a very large accounts receivable team
